The warranty auto-activates from the payment date and is valid for 1 year.

The 1-year warranty will be covering the lid's manufacturer defects (water leaking) while artificial and man-made damage is not covered.

Send us the video (where you registered the warranty) if it's leaking, our agent will claim the warranty with you.

It's normal to pull the lid up with force as it does not function like a Tupperware lock and lock.

It's specially designed for you to lift up without any hinder after unlocking it with one hand. So long it's not leaking water, you're good to go!

The whole process takes about 5-7 working days, depending on the courier.

3. Once confirmed by our agent, ship the lid back to ANKOU Malaysia HQ.
4. Our agent will do another test before shipping the new lid to you.

Inform our agent about the water leaking issue within 7 days after delivery and send us the receipt of the shipment. We will cover your shipping fee up to RM 8.

If it's not leaking, make sure you used the right size of container. As this is airtight, not vacuum packing, so it will still have some air inside more or less.

Lesser food also means much more air inside and that will cause food to get lumpy as well.

But the accessory requires two built-in bars to hold which only Scraper model has. If your model is regular (non-scraper), the accessory won't fit.

Depends on the weight that you need. We have 3 sizes of container. ML is for the liquidity, it does not mean for the weight.

This references below is for formula/milk powder only, included extra spaces for scoop.

3. 2000ml (900g) - 2300ml (1kg)

For any other food storage, do check the size of container in the listing's description.

Simply pull out the small green hanger and replace it with the scoop hanger.

Our default scoop is just a sample and equal to 5g of formula only. However, you shall use your own baby's scoop according to their needs.
